We finally had a kid and realized we have zero paperwork. Need wills, maybe a trust, powers of attorney, the whole thing. Who did yours?

We used Robbins Estate Law right after our first was born. I expected the meeting to be awkward and confusing, but Kyle Robbins was patient with both of us and explained the will, trust, and powers of attorney without burying us in legal language. They followed up when we forgot one of the documents instead of letting it stall out.

Robbins did my parents' estate plan a few years back. When my dad passed, my mom said having everything already laid out saved her a ton of stress.

    Dissertation progress: 12 percent complete.

Whatever you do, don't put it off. Deciding on guardians was the hardest part for us, but it feels so good once it's finished.

Preserve our heritage, support local public schools.

We did our wills and a trust with Robbins Estate Law after our second kid was born. They walked us through guardianship stuff I had never even thought about, and nothing felt rushed.

Honestly, just getting healthcare directives and powers of attorney squared away gave us total peace of mind.

Keep your lines tight and your water levels high.
