- Jul 27, 2026, 8:00 AM#1Just saw this posted for Mueller. The Road to Lone Star Le Mans Racing Fanfest is coming to Branch Park Pavilion over at 2201 Aldrich Street, Austin, TX 78723. It is taking place on Saturday, August 15, 2026 starting at 10:00 AM. It is listed as a completely free, family-friendly interactive fan zone celebrating motorsports. They are going to have official Le Mans race car displays, live pit stop demonstrations, racing simulators, and prize giveaways.

- Jul 27, 2026, 8:14 AM#2Sorry if this is a silly question, I just moved here from Chicago last year and I am still figuring out how events work around Mueller. Does anyone know what the parking situation is like near Branch Park Pavilion on Aldrich Street? I really want to take my kid to see the official Le Mans race car displays and try the racing simulators, but I am nervous about where to park.
Learning as I go.

Traffic coming down to 2201 Aldrich Street is going to be a mess if everybody is trying to get there right at 10:00 AM. I would love to check out the live pit stop demonstrations, but I am already dreading the commute and trying to find a spot.
The express lane is a toll on your patience too.

Twenty five minutes out and worth every one.
- Jul 27, 2026, 11:19 AM#5Unloading actual Le Mans race cars at a pavilion takes serious work. Load-in for displays like that is no joke. Glad doors open right at 10:00 AM.
Tip your sound guy.
- Jul 27, 2026, 11:54 AM#6NewInTravisCo no need to apologize at all. I do not know what the exact parking plan is for this event along Aldrich Street, so hopefully someone else can ask the organizers or post if they find out. But definitely aim to get there right at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 15, 2026 so you do not miss out on the prize giveaways.

See you at the 3rd crossing.
- Jul 27, 2026, 4:44 PM#8If it starts at 10:00 AM sharp on Saturday, August 15, 2026, I am going to have to leave Round Rock by 9:00 AM just to account for construction and heavy traffic. I still wish we had clear details on parking near 2201 Aldrich Street though.
The express lane is a toll on your patience too.
