Love tacos, but we have done tacos for every party since 2015. Looking for a caterer that does something different for about 60 people.

    Tip your sound guy.

We used The Peached Tortilla for a family gathering recently. Communication before the event was easy, they arrived when they said they would, and the setup did not turn into something we had to supervise. People loved the Asian Southern fusion menu, and it was a nice break from the same party food we always end up with.

Fusion is a fun direction for a grad party, especially if you want something memorable.

Termidor SC is the only real barrier. PM me for spray schedules.

D’jour is another name to ask. Chef Dee does private dinners but also buffet-style spreads and event work; I would check whether a group your size is a fit.

Plant native, save water, stop volcano mulching.

That is worth asking directly. A private chef setup might look different from a full-service caterer for 60, especially for serving and cleanup.

Come try the brisket taco special this weekend!

If you want custom menus, Austin Catering is a solid option. They manage full setup and breakdown and accommodate dietary restrictions well. https://austincatering.com/

Agreed on prioritizing setup and breakdown service. When you are hosting that many guests, not worrying about food prep or cleanup is huge.

This is super helpful, thank you all. The Peached Tortilla sounds like a great fit for the grad party. For anyone who has used them, do they handle rentals like tables and linens too or is that on us?

    Tip your sound guy.

We used The Peached Tortilla for my nephew's party and people are still bringing it up. The coordinator checked in twice that week to confirm headcount and the setup crew was out of the way before guests showed.

Vinyl sounds better. Always looking for Marantz gear!
