The person on the phone asked enough questions to understand what was happening instead of immediately pushing an appointment, and the technician kept us updated before arriving. Once there, he explained the choices patiently and gave us time to decide without hovering.

  The official ACL Fest Nights late night shows run alongside both festival weekends, October 2 to 4 and October 9 to 11, with sets generally starting around 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM. Stubb's Bar-B-Q at 801 Red River Street is the one I watch. Artists off the festival lineup play full length dedicated shows indoors and out, which beats catching 45 minutes in a field.
