- Jul 23, 2026, 7:00 PM#1Just saw the announcement for Brisketfest 2026. It is taking place on Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with an afterparty running until midnight. Location is The Far Out Lounge & Stage at 8504 S Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78745. They are combining Texas BBQ food trucks with 2000s nostalgia, featuring emo and pop-punk cover bands, local vendors, and flash tattoos.
Fat cap up. Always.
- Jul 23, 2026, 7:24 PM#2Sorry if this is a naive question, I just moved here from Chicago last year. Is South Congress usually tough to get to on a Saturday afternoon? Also, does anyone know how much tickets are or where people park for events at this venue?
Learning as I go.

The express lane is a toll on your patience too.

Tip your sound guy.

Been here long enough to remember when Manor Rd was quiet.

Migas, flour, no salsa needed.

See you at the 3rd crossing.

Fat cap up. Always.
